Group Sales Management

Set up Charter Service

  • Create telemarketing system to solicit groups and bus tour operators within a targeted area for day and/or overnight packages for the casino.
  • Coordinate all incoming charters to insure that manifest, package, insurance and tracking needs are met.
  • Set up Line Runs

    • Determine locations in targeted areas
    • Negotiate leases for pick up and/or bus depot locations
    • Negotiate motor coach contracts
    • Maintain all pick-up locations, including routes, scheduling and employee activities.

      Operational

      • Staff development
        • SOP - Written Standard Operating Procedures
        • Staff training and internal office procedures
      • Development of schedules and group forecasting for busoperation.
      • Coordinate all bus arrivals and departure schedules
      • Coordinate arrangements for patrons coming to the casino by charter buses or line runs.

      Revenue Tracking and Reporting

      • Create an analysis team to determine the most effective form of tracking that will provide results by:
        • Specific operator and /or group, market performance, specific line run, day & R.O.S.
